Who doesn’t need a custom carved, hand-painted, dishwasher and microwave safe mug! Especially when it’s YOUR pet!
Choose to pay in full or simply pay 50% of your total as a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. This will secure your mug’s place in the kiln. If you choose to pay in full, 50% of the total is refundable.
Once your deposit (or full payment) is complete, you will need to email picture(s) of your pet to encoreartshop@gmail.com. The more pictures you send, the better! The best pictures will be taken from your pet’s eye level and lit from the front so I can catch all the details of their face.
You will be kept updated on your mug’s progress through the e-mail you used to send the photos and will be asked to pay the balance remaining (including shipping) when the mug is complete. (The time to completion can range from 4-8 weeks. You will be given a completion time estimate after your photos are sent.)
